The Alameda County Foster Youth Alliance, Casey Family Programs, Career Ladders Project, and West Coast Children's Clinic are pleased to bring back our Oakland TAY Conference after the great success of Journey to Change 2010: Navigating with Power and Purpose!
This year's event, Journey to Change: Rising Above and Reaching Our Full Potential, will be held on April 27th, 2012, at the CalEndowment Conference Center in Oakland. Our youth planners have developed an excellent program for the day. Preview the program HERE. We will bring together youth, young adults and professionals to share promising practices and innovations, renew our shared commitment to meaningful youth engagement, and initiate unprecedented collaboration to support youth in their Journey to Change.
